Data Protection

This website is operated from Germany and is therefore subject to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).

When you visit this site, the hosting provider Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) automatically processes standard server log files (such as IP address, date and time of access, browser type, and the referrer URL) in order to ensure the security and proper operation of the service. This processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The log files are deleted after a limited retention period.

If you log in via Twitch, the data provided by Twitch is being processed, in particular your Twitch user ID, display name, avatar image and your email address. These data are stored in a database and used to provide login functionality, manage your purchases and entitlements, and prevent abuse (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)

If you contact the email (support@tawmae.xyz), your email address, the content of your message and any additional information you provide in order to handle your request is being processed. Depending on the context, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract-related communication) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR ( legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). Such correspondence is stored only for as long as necessary to deal with your request and to comply with statutory retention obligations.

Cookies are being used, for example to maintain your login session. Tracking or analytics cookies are only used where required and, if applicable, only with your prior consent.

You have the rights granted by the GDPR, in particular the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. If you wish to have your data removed, the common contact form applies.

External Services

Some extensions and overlays may connect to external services (such as Twitch, Discord, YouTube or Spotify) when used within Streamer.bot or other streaming tools. In these cases, the connection is made directly from your local installation to the respective service. Your account credentials or the content of your chat messages from these tools are not being received. The processing of data by these services is governed solely by their respective privacy policies.

When you log in to this website via Twitch, Twitch acts as an authentication provider and transmits certain profile data as described in the Data Protection section above. Further information on the processing of your data by Twitch can be found in Twitch’s own privacy notice.
